IMPORTANT NOTE:  The comments expressed in the discussion area reflect the opinions of the individual writers and do not necessarily represent the policies or positions of DATA.   

To maintain the integrity of the discussion pages, anonymous postings will be subject to removal. Also, items considered inappropriate for a public forum will be removed or edited at the discretion of DATA's Executive Board.
